Emily Ruckle from Traditions at Hunter Station is this month’s Featured Resident of the Month. Emily has lived here for two years. It was an easy decision as she felt right at home the first time she toured.
Emily was born in Warren County, Indiana, and later moved to Borden, where her husband was the principal at Borden High School. They were married for 53 years and have three sons, Brett, Greg, and Eric, and five grandchildren: Josh, Emilie, Elizabeth, and Ethan. Emily graduated from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) and worked 42 years as an RN. Emily enjoys being involved in the community at Traditions at Hunter Station. She helps the activity department with parties and socials. She often is found playing independent games with peers. She is very active and social. Emily strongly believes in building people up and supporting everyone she meets. “I enjoy our daily programs such as: Mexican train dominoes, morning exercise, ladies’ tea social, games, trivia, and happy hours,” Emily said. “I love hanging out with my friends.” Congratulations Emily!
