We are teaming up with St. Croix Hospice to provide a support group for those caring for loved ones with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our support group will be led by Megan Carrell, Memory Care Director for Traditions at Hunter Station, and Amy Pittman, Care Transition Coordinator for St. Croix Hospice.
